In Partnership with The Transitioning Warrior

a foundation which connects Veterans and First Responders with vital resources in a supportive environment.

As a former police officer, nurse, and spouse of a veteran, I understand the invisible weight that comes with service – and how hard it can be to reconnect with yourself afterward.

That’s why I offer my coaching through the Transitioning Warrior Foundation – created specifically for veterans and first responders.

My focus areas:

  • Resilience & nervous system regulation

  • Sleep strategies for shift work and high-alert minds

  • Nutrition that supports recovery and mental clarity

  • Mental strength & emotional stability after service

My mission is to provide practical tools that help service members stay healthy, resilient, and connected – not just in uniform, but beyond.

The Transitioning Warrior Foundation is a U.S.-based nonprofit organization that helps veterans and first responders thrive after service – through community, actionable programs, and mission-driven partnerships.

How it started –
My connection with the Transitioning Warrior Foundation

Sometimes powerful partnerships start by chance.

I came across a Facebook post about a veterans and first responders breakfast hosted by the Transitioning Warrior Foundation.

That’s where I met Donna Hoffmeyer – the heart and face behind the Foundation.

Her passion, clarity, and deep commitment to the veteran and responder community stood out immediately.

I kept attending events, and over time, a genuine friendship developed.

It didn’t take long for us to realize: My coaching focus – on resilience, stress regulation, and sleep health – aligned perfectly with the Foundation’s mission.

About six months ago, we decided to join forces.

Since then, I’ve been offering my coaching through the Transitioning Warrior Foundation platform – supporting those who are used to being strong for others, but rarely ask for help themselves.
