I know what it means to serve on the front lines.

For years, I worked as a police officer in high-pressure environments — handling crisis situations, managing volatile individuals, and navigating complex law enforcement challenges. I experienced firsthand the mental and emotional toll this work takes on first responders.

Separately, I also served as a nurse in addiction detox wards, supporting patients through some of their most vulnerable moments. This gave me deep insight into trauma, addiction, and recovery from a healthcare perspective.

Why I became a coach for first responders and veterans

During my time working closely with the military community at Rose Barracks in Vilseck, I developed a strong connection to veterans and their unique challenges. My husband is  a combat veteran, which gives me a personal understanding of the struggles faced by those who have served.

These experiences made me realize how crucial it is for those who serve others to get the right support themselves. I became a certified coach to provide science-based tools that improve sleep, manage stress, and build resilience — tailored specifically for first responders and veterans.

My Mission

For nearly 30 years, I have worked on the frontlines as a police officer, addiction counselor, and health advisor, collaborating closely with military personnel and charity organizations. My mission is to use this deep experience and passion to support and empower first responders and veterans to build resilience, manage stress, and improve their well-being.

My Vision

I envision a future where every first responder and veteran feels truly seen, supported, and empowered — waking up energized, mentally strong, and deeply connected to their purpose and goals.

Together, we create lives full of balance, resilience, and meaning.
